A little while ago, I made the most delicious cookies that I discovered here, on the fantastic blog of Little Brown Pen. I knew immediately that I had to make these cookies, and they turned out so well. They were very easy to make, and such a simple recipe to follow -- you just need a little bit of time because the dough needs to harden in the fridge for about four hours.
The dough was simple enough to make, and looked like little donuts when rolled into little
balls and smothered in confectioners sugar :)
The cookies taste just like brownies!
Those look fantastic and who wouldn't love a mix between a cookie & a brownie? yummy! Will have to check these out!
